Sebastian Szraucner starts at 131th position, fought by very courageous riding and finished at a very good 57th place. This is a great performance. All in all 212 riders were notified for the second mountainbike-worldcup 2010 in Houffalize/Belgium.
Now he is ranked in the official UCI-worldcup-classement. Due to the result he will get a much better starting position for the third worldcup in Offenburg.
This result was underlined by six-best german position/rider. Also he was allowed to witness a historic success for german mountainbike-athletes: Manuel Fumic got the second place and Wolfram Kurschat finished the worldcup on third position!
The Houffalize-worldcup was won by the Spanish champion Jose Antonio Hermida.
